Process

[1] Assess & Organize

During this phase, we work closely with our client to refine and tighten the project specifications into a detailed textual plan. The foundation and framework for the project is detailed in the plan. We focus on delivering functional tools that meet business objectives, constantly keeping costs and time to market in mind. The amount of time and effort spent in this phase is equally reflected in the quality of the final product.

[2] Visualization

In this phase we convert the textual plan into a visual representation of the final product. This phase allows both parties to validate the Assess & Organize phase. A project test-site is made available to the client for feedback of our work-in-progress.

[3] Implementation

Execution is the key word in this phase. The time and effort extended in the earlier phases come to light here as we implement our well-conceived plan. Testing and a soft launch are the final elements of this phase.

[4] Delivery

The Delivery phase includes a finalized launch schedule, a detailed quality-assurance program, and an initial site-monitoring plan.
